Axiom Partners Special Opportunities Fund
The members of Axiom also manage a special opportunities fund named Axiom Partners, L.P. Axiom Partners is a $20 million equity fund seeking high yield real estate bridge loans and acquisitions of distressed debt throughout New England.

High Yield Real Estate Bridge Loans
The fund will make direct, short-term loans to small businesses, in amounts up to 70% of “quick sale value” of owned real estate or other assets. We are able to make decisions, complete due diligence, and move toward a closing extremely quickly, as fast as 10 days. We will consider loan amounts ranging in size from $100,000 up to $5 million.

Distressed Debt Acquisitions
The fund is seeking opportunities to acquire debt securities from small to medium sized banks throughout New England. We have decades of experience in “loan workout” scenarios, and have the time, capability, and expertise to handle a wide range of potentially adverse situations. We are able to make decisions on loan acquisitions very quickly and can close immediately upon the conclusion of a short due diligence period. We are seeking loans or portfolios ranging in size from $100,000 to $10 million.
