Axiom Capital Group, Inc. was founded in early 1995 by Mr. Zack Farahmand in response to a need in the marketplace for high quality, professional investment banking services to the middle market. Over the years, the Company has expanded both its focus, to include direct investment merchant banking, as well as its geographic footprint. Middle market companies across the country have come to rely on Axiom’s expertise, partnership, and integrity.

Today, the firm offers direct investments as well as investment banking services in three primary areas: Mergers & Acquisitions, Capital Sourcing, and Turnaround Services. Axiom has invested in or served companies across a wide range of industries, including retail and service industries, restaurants, waste management, manufacturing, healthcare, distribution, and real estate.

Axiom’s real estate experience spans both investment and raising capital advisory services in property types as diverse as condominium development, hotel and restaurant pads, industrial development, retail strip centers and shopping malls. Recently, members of Axiom have formed a new entity named Beacon Hill Lenders, LLC in order to provide short-term real estate collateralized loans to small businesses.
